Research on the Implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing in Wenzhou Pump and Valve Industry

From April 27th to 28th, 2017, the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology organized a relevant expert group to conduct research on the implementation status of intelligent manufacturing in three enterprises in our industry, including Chaoda Valve Group, Zhejiang Petrochemical Valve, and Jialite Ebara Pump. More than ten people participated in the event, including leaders from the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, representatives from Huazhong Academy of Science and Technology, leaders and experts from Beijing Languang Company, president of Wenzhou Pump and Valve Institute, experts from Wenzhou Amexin Company, and professors from Wenzhou University. Through in-depth research, the aim is to understand the foundation and conditions of production equipment, processing technology, enterprise management, integration of industrialization and industrialization, and production organization in the Wenzhou pump and valve industry. Experts from various aspects will observe and analyze the mode and possibility of implementing intelligent manufacturing on site, and propose phased implementation solutions based on the idea of "easy first, difficult first, individual first, and overall".

Through a two-day research activity, experts focused on the different current situations of these companies, their different understandings of intelligent manufacturing, listened to the demands of entrepreneurs, and interacted frequently and actively. Experts have affirmed that in the context of the overall economic downturn, enterprises should have firm confidence, be willing to invest, make up for their shortcomings, practice their internal skills quietly, and welcome the spring of the real economy's recovery.

Various enterprises actively cooperated with the research, especially Zhejiang Petrochemical Valves, which carefully and successfully answered the survey questionnaire on intelligent manufacturing in Wenzhou City.

It can be foreseen that this research activity will definitely promote the intelligent manufacturing of Wenzhou pump and valve industry to a new level.
